Returns and Exchange Policy

  • Products are eligible for return/replacement/refund as specified on the product details page. This specific policy overrides the general return policy.
  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Conditions

Return/replacement/refund requests may be refused if:

  • The product is damaged while in your possession.
  • The product has been used, washed, soiled, or returned without non-tampered quality/warranty seals (if applicable).
  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, retail box, and all items included at the time of delivery.
  • The product lacks a valid, readable serial number, or if the serial number is missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or unreadable.
  • The product is different from what was shipped.
  • Products sold as combos/sets cannot be returned or replaced individually.
  • The product is marked as non-returnable on the product details page.

 

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement depends on the product’s availability (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of the seller accepting the returned product.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment mode:

  • Online/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallets/Net Banking/IMPS: Refunded to the same method.
  • UPI: Refunded to UPI.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via NEFT to the buyer’s bank account or UPI.
  • Gift Card/Gift Voucher: Refunded via Gift Card/Gift Voucher.

 

Special Cases

If you receive a damaged or different product, contact customer care at +91 9833643436 within 72 hours of delivery. The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be issued.

 

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from delivery.
  • Do not accept orders if the seal is broken/unsealed at delivery. Items are sent with a RETURN tag.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags in place.
  • After return approval, a courier will pick up the package within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday) at no extra cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the item (delays may occur due to banks, calamities, or holidays).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A quality check will be performed on returned items. Items not meeting return conditions will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense.

  2. Select the order to modify.
  3. Choose the product to return/exchange and provide required information.
