Refund & Return Policy

WHAT IS ETHINA'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

  • We offer a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from delivery.
  • Reach out to us within 72 hours for refund, return and exchange.
  • Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All Items are sent with a RETURN tag.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Return tags will not be accepted.
  • After we approve the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday).
  • Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Ethina will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays)
  • Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:

a) If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;
b) Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable);
c) Any product not in its original condition;
d) Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
e) Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
f) The product is different from what was shipped to you;
g) Products sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
h) Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?

  • Our team works hard to provide you defect free products but there are instances when you may receive a defective product which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products and replace the same or refund the amount once we receive the defective product back. If you receive any defective product then please email us on support@ethinajewellery.com.
  • Defect a lot of times is caused in transit during shipping.
  • Stones popping out during transit is not considered as defect since these can be easily stuck back at your end, we will guide you for the same, just drop us an email on support@Ethinajewellery.com

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT'S DESIGN? CAN I RETURN THEM?

  • No, we do not accept returns for products which you do not like, this is the minimum risk which has to be borne by you.

DO YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BACK TO ETHINA?

  • Yes you have to return the defective product back to us, only then will we replace or refund the amount.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

  • If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please refer to our “Returns Policy” section for more details.

DOES ETHINA PICK UP THE PRODUCT I WANT TO RETURN FROM MY LOCATION?

  • Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pincode is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on App/Website/M-site.

HOW CAN I SELF-SHIP THE PRODUCT TO ETHINA?

  • If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that a scan copy of the courier bill/receipt is shared via email.

WHY DID THE PICK UP OF MY PRODUCT FAIL?

  • We make two attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request if the item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for the same). For more details, please call our customer care.

Shipping

HOW DO YOU SEND THE PARCEL IN INDIA?

  • We ship throughout India via reputed courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, etc. The package reaches you within 3-5 business days depending on your location. After the package is shipped, tracking details will be provided within 24 hours via email.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the My Account section of the Website to check your order status.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF ETHINA DELIVERS TO MY PIN CODE?

  • You can find out if Ethina delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time.

DOES ETHINA DELIVER PRODUCTS OUTSIDE INDIA?

  • No. At this point, Ethina delivers products only within India.

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?

  • Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

I HAVE RECEIVED A PARTIAL ITEM/PARTIAL ORDER OR AN UNTENANTED/VOID PACKET?

  • Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers: Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

Cancellations

WHAT IS ETHINA'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing. For more details visit our Cancellations page.

CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it.

I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

  • We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to the bank.

  • Depending upon the location, it takes 3-5 Days for the delivery of a product.
